Cash Wise Foods Grocery Store

Okay, I just moved here from Alabama last year and I've really enjoyed the ND life that I'm in the process of becoming a resident here. I've been shopping at this location for some months now and I've never had any issues with self checkout when I'm trying to purchase my groceries. I remember faces and occasionally names of people who work at the self checkouts at Case Wise and I was kinda suspicious of one lady with dark hair today while I was trying to finish up buying my groceries. My machine at the very last end on the left hand side kept asking for a store clerk more often. Now I'm a fed that has been trained in all types of situational awareness and I'm observing other people with larger quantities of groceries not having the same issues as I am at the time as they should. I kept waving the store clerk down to see to my machine. She fix on her end from her station. It was strange...also I'm a cash wise member too. I'll be conducting a few social experiments to draw up conclusions on whether or not I'll need to be a Karen and send in a letter. Ozther zan zat, I enjoy shopping here. I was raised very Southern with manners and respect and a little bit of the craft for those who

3 day sale on turkey breast, 9 stocked, tried to get them to refill, they said they had more important things to stock. POOR customer service, how hard to refill an advertised sale they should of had already stocked? Went through the checkout line they did not even change to the correct price of the sale, EPIC FAIL!

Great Organic/healthy options on a large section of store. Staff readily available within store to assist in locating items. Favorite store on Minot.

Gotta love when you see a sign that says we’ve changed things To streamline our service and make it quicker for you… Well, I had to wait 20 minutes in line because I bought one thing that was under 2 dollars and decided to pay cash instead of card. Then your Employee proceeded to tell me that it’s was theft to eat my food in line. I did it so I got to eat it while it’s warm because I was standing there for 20 minutes in line. As your employee found out if you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes…. First of all, it’s not theft unless I leave the building without paying for my items… Second of all, you would also need to open something in its packaging and when you’re not given sealed packaging, It’s already open. As they didn’t seal the bag that my food from the deli came in they just put the sticker on the front and handed it to me so it was an open package. And lastly, if your Employee are touching customers, that’s a huge liability. YOU CAN NOT TOUCH PEOPLE WITHOUT CONSENT. You’re lucky I’m not pressing charges for unlawful detainment! Also good I chose to analyze the situation first, instead of defending myself. If you think somebody is stealing, you still can’t put you

Nice alternative to Walmart if a bit higher. Watch for sales. I like that they carry Clearly Canadian. Good size spice selection and hot food section.
